This is an updated version of the original water shield I created, now with a more stylized aesthetic. I retained the same Koi fish model, which I animated in Sequencer to show it swimming gracefully within the shield. Additionally, I added miniature Koi fish that leap in and out of the water to defend the shield, with splash effects crafted in Maya for added realism and dynamism.
